special kaaza:
Ingredients
- maida-1cup
- sugar-1cup
- elachi-1
- water-1 cup
- oil-for deep fry
- ghee-2 spoon
- cooking soda-1/4 th tablespoon
Process
- Mix maida,cooking soda,elachi,ghee in a bowl with water and make a dough like roti dough.
- At the same time take a pan with 1 cup of water,add sugar into the water.
- Make a sugar syrup like sticky
- For sampanghi shape please follow the video as above.
- On another hand,heat oil for deep fry
- After getting sampanghi shape its time for deep fry.
- Fry untill it becomes golden colour.
- Put into the sugar syrup.
- After 10 mins its ready for eat.
